Hi! I’m Olivia, a Social Media Marketing expert based in Perth, Scotland.

I was born and raised in sunny Lincolnshire (yes, we do get the odd sunny day), where I originally trained and worked as a Mechanical Engineer — because who doesn’t love a good problem to solve?

After a few years, the mountains called, and I swapped steel-toe boots for snow boots. I spent three incredible years in Megève in the French Alps, helping promote the resort’s chalets and hotels through social media and somewhere between ski lifts and strategy sessions, I fell in love with marketing.

When I came back to the UK, I settled in Scotland with my partner (now husband!) and found myself working in the construction industry. I used my growing marketing skills to take the businesses I worked for from quiet online presences to industry-leading ones. That’s when I realised: this is what I’m meant to do.

So, I took the leap — and Olivia McCann Media Management was born.

From social media and SEO to full-blown digital strategy, I bring real-world experience, a hands-on approach, and a healthy dose of personality to every project I take on.

In 2025, I was proud to be named Scottish Female Founder of the Year (Management) - a huge milestone and a reminder of just how far I’ve come on this journey.
